Art Workshop

3IB and 2MKJ enjoyed a fun filled morning at the adventure playground on Friday 6th June. These two classes have worked alongside artist Kanj Nicholas this year, learning new art techniques and exploring their own creativity. The children created many pieces of art work which was shown in todays art exhibition for parents to come look at. The children then spent time with their parents exploring some of the techniques we had been learning which included weaving as well as sculpture making. The children then learnt something new which was to make all natural paints using water and items from the outdoors, including berries and leaves. It was a fantastic morning which the children loved, especially showing off their own amazing art work.
