There are approximately 30 children in our KS2 choir. Before Easter they performed to two groups of senior citizens – one at Stonnall Village Hall and another at the Excell Church, near to school. At both performances, the choir sang songs from the musicals (older and more recent musicals) and the senior citizens were encouraged to join in. At both performances, the children were well received and everyone joined in enthusiastically. Some instrumental players accompanied the choir to Stonnall Village Hall and performed too. Both the children and the senior citizens enjoyed the occasions.
