Summer Activities with Gazebo Theatre

A message from Gazebo Theatre regarding Summer Activities:


Dear Parents / Carers,


It is now under 3 weeks until the Summer Holidays and the start of the Summer Activities at Bilston Church of England Primary School with Gazebo Theatre.


We are delivering 4 fantastic weeks of creative and performing arts activities, as well as a Disco, Sports Days and an Inflatable Fun Day:


  • Monday 28th July - Friday 1st August

  • Monday 4th August - Friday 8th August

  • Monday 11th August - Friday 15th August

  • Monday 18th August - Friday 22nd August


We have received a fantastic response and spaces are being booked up very quickly. We want to encourage you to act fast to avoid disappointment.

This provision is now open for booking for all children 7 to 16 years old who are eligible for HAF.


To be eligible for a FREE space your child must qualify for HAF. The qualification for this is stated below as per Wolverhampton City Council; please note Wolverhampton Council will pre-authorise all bookings, and message you on the EEQU system if you do not meet the criteria. You must use the correct name and address registered for your child(ren) through their school.


If your child qualifies and you would like to book them onto our activities please follow the below links. The link will take you through the relevant questionnaire and consent information we require to complete booking.

If your child does not qualify for HAF but you wish for them to attend our activities, we will be offering FREE spaces to Non-HAF children who are on our waiting list. This is subject to spaces still being available on Friday 18th July 2025 (we will look to release spaces by Wednesday 16th July).

Who can take part?


The programme will offer free holiday activities to school-aged children, who are aged 7-16, and who are in receipt of benefits-related free school meals.


This programme is also open to:


  • Those receiving free school meals from households with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF).

  • Children and young people aged 7-18 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and/or children and young people aged 7-18 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or additional needs.

  • Children aged 7 – 16 known to local social services within the last three months.
