Year 2 Clay Sculptures Inspired by Yayoi Kusama

Year 2 have been busy creating vibrant clay sculptures inspired by the work of artist Yayoi Kusama. During the decoration stage, some sculptures unfortunately broke, but the children showed wonderful perseverance and creativity. They remained positive, adapted their ideas, and were proud of their final pieces.

This experience also helped them understand an important lesson: even for artists, things don’t always go to plan — and that’s all part of the creative journey.
