Year 6 have had a fantastic day at Drayton Manor Park.

4MC English star of the week

We have started our new science topic which is 'Plants'. We explored our forest area and completed a scavenger hunt to look for certain leaves, plants and flowers. We created a piece of art work using clay. We planted some seeds and completed some symmetrical leaf drawings.

Class 3LAF had a great time at Birmingham Botanical Gardens today (Monday 1st June). The weather was kind, it stayed dry while we were there. We enjoyed a science workshop. Had our picnic lunch, played in the park and explored all the wonderful plants and flowers.

Year 1 enjoyed their maths lesson this morning learning about positional language.
